Moordrecht, 4 November 2025 – Texo Trade Services (TTS), Europe’s leading supplier of digitally printable textiles, sublimation transfer paper, calender protection paper and transfer media for DTF and screen printing, proudly announces that it has been acquired by Antalis, a global leader in the distribution of packaging solutions, visual communication materials and paper products.
This acquisition marks an important milestone in TTS’s continued growth and further strengthens its position as an innovative player in the European visual communication and textile decoration markets. Through the Antalis network, TTS will accelerate its international expansion while continuing to pursue its sustainability ambitions.
Since its founding over 27 years ago, TTS has grown into a leading specialist in digitally printable textiles, sublimation and protection papers, and transfer media for textile decoration. From its headquarters in Moordrecht, the Netherlands, TTS supplies products to more than 70 countries, with key markets including the Netherlands, France, Germany, Belgium and Poland. In 2024, TTS achieved a turnover of €34 million with a team of 75 employees.
TTS will continue to operate as an independent company within Antalis. The management team will remain in place and the headquarters will remain unchanged. Joining Antalis provides TTS with access to a broader customer base and creates new commercial and logistical opportunities across Europe.
TTS takes pride in its role as a pioneer in sustainable solutions. From its energy-neutral headquarters, the company develops innovative product lines such as “Green”, made from recycled polyester, and “Solar”, a completely PVC-free range suitable for both indoor and outdoor applications.
This vision aligns perfectly with Antalis’s sustainability strategy, which focuses on environmentally friendly and innovative materials within visual communication. The partnership reinforces the joint ambition to accelerate the transition to more ecological print applications across Europe.
