By using the services of Texo Trade Services B.V. (hereinafter: TTS), you consent to the processing of your personal data by TTS. You also consent to the processing of third-party personal data that you provide to TTS.

Texo Trade Services B.V. is located at Oostbaan 601, 2841 ML in Moordrecht and is registered with the Chamber of Commerce under number 29048843.

TTS processes personal data with the aim of serving your interests as effectively as possible. It also uses your personal data for general communication, for sending newsletters, and to comply with its legal obligations, which include the Prevention of Money Laundering and Terrorist Financing Act (Wwft).

If necessary, TTS will provide the personal data you have provided to third parties. These third parties are counterparties in the file that TTS handles for you and other service providers that enable TTS's services, such as its IT service provider. TTS will only provide the personal data you have provided if necessary for the execution of its services. TTS will never provide your personal data for commercial purposes.

TTS explicitly informs you of your choice to not provide your personal data. The consequence of this is that TTS will not offer its services to you or will stop providing services to you.

TTS will retain your personal data only for as long as necessary for its services and its legal obligations. This means that TTS will retain your personal data for the duration of its services to you and for a maximum of 7 years after the end of the services provided by TTS.

You have the right at any time to access, correct, and delete your personal data held by TTS. You should submit your request via email to sales@texo-trade.com. TTS will make every effort to comply with your request as soon as possible. If you request the deletion of your data, TTS will cease providing services to you.

If you have a complaint about how TTS processes your personal data, we ask you to first address this complaint to TTS. You can do this via email at sales@texo-trade.com. TTS will address your complaint as soon as possible. If you are dissatisfied with how TTS handles your complaint, you may submit your complaint to the Dutch Data Protection Authority.
