History
TTS has over 28 years of experience in textile and transfer printing. Thanks to a global distribution network and its own stock, it can quickly respond to its customers’ needs. Operating from its head office in The Netherlands, as well as branches in Europe and agents worldwide, TTS continues to grow in sales and headcount. It currently has around 75 committed employees who enjoy serving customers in more than 60 countries.
2025 - Acquisition by Antalis
With this step, TTS strengthens its position as an innovative player in the European market and accelerates its international growth and sustainability ambitions. TTS will continue to operate as an independent company, with the same management, team, and location.
2024 - Investment in winding capacity: The Tornado.
The Tornado is an advanced paper winder and, with its 330 cm width, is unique in the world. This almost fully automated machine can wind “jumbo rolls” to “plotter rolls”. With the Tornado, TTS can produce customised rolls to meet its customers’ specific requirements.
2023 - Matt van Aalderen appointed as Commercial Director.
2022 - TTS celebrated its 25th anniversary.
Thanks to all the customers, suppliers and committed employees for making this possible.
2022 - An additional stock location with 3,000 m2 was opened,
almost doubling the warehouse capacity. The cooperation with Van Noort, a full-service logistics provider in Waddinxveen, was extended to achieve this.
2021 - A new production plant for winding and packaging sublimation and protective paper.
Furthermore, the current warehouse freed up 700 m2 for storage, giving TTS the capacity to anticipate customer demands faster and offer greater flexibility and supply reliability.
2020 - Acquisition of Rootring Papier Utrecht.
2019 - Opening of an office in Nienstädt in Germany.
TTS opened a sales office in Nienstädt, Germany, to strengthen the German sales market. Two years previously, TTS recruited a new Sales Manager, Kai Klabunde, to become more responsive to market development and the needs of our German customers.
2019 - Moved to new, modern, and fully energy-neutral premises
on the Gouwe Park business site in Moordrecht, with an area of
6,000 m2 and a team of over 40 committed employees serving customers in over 60 countries.
2018 - TTS opened two new stock locations in Europe in Leicester in the UK and in the French capital Paris.
TTS serves a concentration of customers in these regions. With this local, customer-oriented stock, TTS increased its service and delivery performance, delivering within 24 hours or even the same day. In turn, TTS’s customers can guarantee their own clients even more speed and set themselves apart in this respect.
2016 - Appointment of Niels Vissers as the Director of Operations.
2012 - The size of the warehouse was doubled with
the construction of a new warehouse at the Coenecoop.
2007 - TTS was acquired by Floris Jan van den Heuvel and relocated.
TTS moved to the Coenecoop in Waddinxveen in a modern building with 1,200 m2 warehouse space and 500 m2 office space.
2006 - Started the sale of digitally printable textiles with
the rise of direct sublimation printing in the soft signage industry.
2003 - Former CEO of Coldenhove Papier, Dr. Arnold van Houtum, was appointed as the Senior Adviser.
Dr. Arnold helped TTS define a strategy for the new digital dye sublimation transfer printing market.
2001 - Addition of digital dye sublimation paper and calender belt protection paper to the TTS range.
Rapid adoption by the sportswear industry, followed by soft signage and other sectors.
1997 - TTS was founded by Jan van den Heuvel.
It emerged from its sister company Texopaper, producing its own transfer paper for screen printing with Thomas Seidel as the Export Manager.
1982 - Formation of Texopaper.
A leading manufacturer of paper and film for the European apparel, automotive and furniture industries.
