Big communication starts with 5-metre textiles


The world of large-format printing is evolving rapidly. More and more stand builders and print professionals are switching to 5-metre wide textiles — the perfect solution for seamless visuals, impressive presentations, and maximum efficiency. In this newsitem, we introduce three of our top 5-metre wide textile products, excelling in quality, innovation, and sustainability. Good to know: all our 5-metre fabrics are also available directly from stock in 4.20 m width. Ideal when a slightly more compact size better suits your project.


Soft-touch blockout textile: Blackback

Blackback offers a blockout fabric with a high-quality, soft finish. Its black coated back effectively blocks light, while the matte front provides a luxurious look. 

Blackback UV NQ FR is suitable for UV and Latex printing, and can also be used for sublimation. Blackback Soft FR is designed specifically for sublimation.


Lightboxes with impact: Polaris Stretch

For those wanting to truly shine in lightbox applications, Polaris Stretch 195 FR is the choice. This fabric prints crisply and stretches 3–5% in both directions, allowing exceptional tensioning. Its fine structure ensures even light diffusion and deep colors without ink migration risks.

Polaris Stretch is fire-retardant certified and suitable for direct sublimation and transfer printing. Currently available up to 320 cm wide, and from November also in 5 metres! The result: powerful, striking visuals.


Sustainable blockout textile: Greyback Mono

Meet Greyback Mono 330 FR: a blockout fabric made from a single material, making it fully mono-material. Being 100% polyester and free of coatings, it is not only durable but also fully recyclable. The tightly woven structure offers impressive light blocking and an elegant finish. The white front side and light grey back side provide a clean, professional look — perfect for large textile frames.

Suitable for both direct and transfer sublimation and also fire-retardant certified. Its true strength lies in circularity: used fabrics can be returned clean and without the strip to TTS, to be recycled in a circular process. This way, you actively contribute to a more sustainable textile chain.

Second site for TTS: 3,000 m2 almost doubles warehouse capacity
New premises outgrown after three years The second site is in Waddinxveen, five kilometres from the 6,000 m2 TTS headquarters and warehouse in Moordrecht. TTS will be using the additional warehouse for unloading containers, bulk storage and pallet shipments. This expansion represents an almost doubling of the current warehousing capacity. TTS’s Managing Director, Floris Jan van den Heuvel: “The key for our customers is that we offer constant quality, availability and fast delivery. Four years ago, to ensure all this and our continued growth, we opened our new, fully energy-neutral headquarters and warehouse here in Moordrecht. However, our rapid growth means yet again that our premises are too small! So, of course, to add another 3,000 m2 to our total capacity, we turned again to our trusted partner, Van Noort.”
