Monti Antonio calender with feed table
For printing pre-cut pieces of fabric, towels, fleece blankets, mouse pads, etc., a Monti Antonio calender with feed table is the ideal solution. The printed sublimation paper can be fed from roll-2-roll or as single sheets and comes with the print up over the feed table, where the fabric can be placed on top. Depending on the model, the exit of the printed fabric is at the front or back of the calender. This type of calender can also be used for printing rolls of roll-2-roll fabric. Various models are available with cylinder diameters ranging from 20 cm to 100 cm.
Monti Antonio calenders with belt
For transfer printing or reactivation of rolls of textiles, Monti Antonio has several models available, ranging from 25 cm to 540 cm and with different cylinder diameters from 20 cm to 150 cm. The roll-2-roll calenders can be used for transfer printing or for fixing direct disperse or pigment printed textiles.

Monti Antonio calenders without band
For fixing directly printed textiles with disperse sublimation inks or pigment inks, reactivation calendering machines without tape are also available. These machines are not suitable for transfer printing. Like the calenders with band, this type of calender is available in various working widths from 160 cm to a maximum of 520 cm and with cylinder diameters from 20 cm to a maximum of 150 cm. This type of calender is fitted with an exhaust hood as standard.
Monti Antonio flatbed presses
For printing individual pieces of textiles, towels, fleece blankets, mouse or bar mats, but also for sublimating hard substrates such as polyester-coated aluminium or metal, wood, puzzles, etc., Monti Antonio has a series of flat presses available in sizes ranging from 117 cm x 75 cm to a maximum of 520 cm x 220 cm. The flat presses are all equipped with pneumatic or hydraulic pistons. Double-sided printing of textiles such as leggings, collars, etc. is also possible with these flat presses. The Model 200 can be equipped with a vacuum or VSP system for textile printing where maximum throughput and/or volume retention are required. For printing on hard substrates, it is possible to equip the flat presses with an increased heating power, which ensures faster heating of the heat plate.
Monti Antonio calanders narrow band
For printing narrow band or lanyards, Monti Antonio has a number of models available. These range from a tabletop model with a cylinder diameter of 30 cm and a working width of 25 cm to a production machine with a cylinder diameter of 100 cm and a working width of 75 cm.
