PolyTrans® Transfer Polyester

In cooperation with coating specialists TTS has developed the range of PolyTrans® transfer polyester range suited for silkscreen and litho printing. The special coating formula guarantees a good ink adherence on the polyester and - when heated - an excellent release on the fabric. Experience the pleasure of working with PolyTrans® polyester and produce your best transfers ever. 

All PolyTrans polyesters have an anti-static treatment and are thermo stabilized to increase the dimensional stability. Transfers printed on these (semi-)transparent polyesters are easy to show to the customers and can easily be positioned on the fabric.


 

 

 

HCS100/2-CP PolyTrans® Transfer Film


Description: HCS100/2-CP is a double sided matt and double sided coated, 100 micron cold-peel transfer film with excelent dimensional stabilty and matt finish. HCS100/2-CP is suitable for plastisol inks. The film is thermo-stabilized and anti-static.

Transfer can be released with a medium peel force.

HCS100/2-HP PolyTrans® Transfer Film 


Description: HCS100/2-HP is a double sided matt and double sided coated, 100 micron hot-peel transfer film with excelent dimensional stabilty and matt finish. HCS100/2-HP is suitable for plastisol inks. The film is thermo-stabilized and anti-static. 

Due to the special coating with a wax additive the transfer can can be released when still hot*.

* hot release properties are also influenced by the inks and hot-melt adhesive used

HCS100/1-CPS PolyTrans® Transfer Polyester 


Description: HCS100/1-CPS is a single side matt and double sided coated, 100 micron cold-peel transfer film with good dimensional stabilty and perfect matt finish suitable for water-based and PU solvent based inks. HCS100/1-CPS has a printing side and backside. The backside is not recommended for printing, but coated to prevent the transfer from sticking when stacking the printed transfers.

Transfer can be released with a low peel force. With HCS100/1-CPS you will produce a perfect matt transfer with superb wash resistance.

Also available in 75 micron.
