TTS has a range of industrial sprays for the silkscreen printing and textile industry.

Adhesive Sprays 

Kolfix

A temporary adhesive with a medium adhesion keeps badges and backing materials in place while being embroidered. Kolfix leaves no stains on the fabrics and keeps the needles run smoothly. For a stronger adhesion we recommend AT650.

AT650

A strong temporary adhesive spray which is used when the Kolfix adhesion is not sufficient.

Tenax 500

A temporary adhesive with a medium adhesion for direct T-shirt printing on the carousel. The spray leaves no stains and resists an infra-red drying temperature up to 120 °C. For a stronger adhesion we recommend Tenax 1000.

Tenax 1000

A strong temporary adhesive which is used when the Tenax 500 adhesion is not sufficient. Tenax 1000 resists an infra-red drying temperature up to 180 °C.

Silicone Sprays

LSS

A high-graded universal silicone spray for lubrication and protection. LSS is colourless, oil-free, leaves no stains and does not affect the colours of the fabrics. LSS is heat-resistant up to 200 °C, makes surfaces anti-static and protects metal parts against moisture, dirt and corrosion. LSS can be applied to all sorts of materials like wood, metal, aluminium, synthetic and textile.

A strong lubricating silicone spray which also reduces the accumulation of electrostatic charges.

Cleaning Sprays

Pulitex

A medium spot cleaner and degreaser of machines and working tables. Pulitex is water repellent and anti-corrosive.
