Heat fixation of textiles with a coating on the backside can be a difficult job. The coating melts and sticks to the kalender belt or protection paper. TTS now offers the solution with a two sides siliconised protection paper.

The new generation water-based dye sublimation printers in 320 cm wide require a new generation of dye sub papers. The interest in 320 cm wide printing is growing fast, but so far the existing transfer papers did not meet the requirements.

TTS introduces two new paper for water-based dye sub grand format printing.

SX40C-308 150 g/m² - an extremly stable transfer paper which can resist the higest ink loads and printing speed. The heavy base paper prevents wet-cockling and makes the paper easy to print.

SX35XP-308 130 g/m² - a stable, quick drying transfer paper. The quick drying coating, in combination with the heavy base paper makes the paper easy to print and it shortens the time between printing and transferring.
